Redefining the Energy Supply Chain

The global battery supply chain is fundamentally broken. We are fixing this by building the world's most advanced energy modules directly at the source in Madagascar, eliminating massive carbon footprints.

Industrial Efficiency

A 'Software-Defined' production line allowing simultaneous manufacturing for Aerospace, EV, Residential, Industrial and Rural markets with <1% material waste.

Zero-Carbon Impact

100% factory energy autonomy via an on-site 50MW solar plant, achieving Net-Zero manufacturing for the Kayphas Core.

Sovereign Tech 4.0

Vertically integrating Madagascar's critical minerals to secure the future of global deep tech applications.

The Kayphas Advantage

We combine disruptive chemistry with unprecedented geographic advantages to deliver superior performance at lower costs.

Cost Advantage

Local sourcing and free solar energy delivers industry-leading unit economics.

Space-Grade Density

Solid-State Battery delivering 520 Wh/kg, effectively doubling the standard Li-ion capacity.

Universal Sandwich

A standardized 1 kWh base module dynamically laser-cut for smartphones, EVs, satellites, and microgrids.

Extreme Resilience

Solid ceramic electrolyte ensures no thermal runaway. Stable operational temperature from -40°C to +100°C.

Blockchain Traceability

Every module carries a cryptographic Mine-to-Product certificate guaranteeing ethical sourcing.

Social Dividends

Every exported module funds 3 local modules at cost for rural PAYG distribution.

FAQ

Common questions regarding the Kayphas strategic positioning.

What makes the Kayphas Core different from standard batteries?
The Kayphas Core combines two disruptive technologies: a Solid-State battery (520 Wh/kg, 2x standard density) and a solar layer (35% efficiency). This delivers a single, universal energy platform that is non-flammable, ultra-fast charging, and stable from -40°C to +100°C.
Why manufacture in Madagascar instead of Asia or Europe?
By manufacturing directly at the mineral source in Madagascar, we eliminate international sea freight and intermediate refining. Powered by a 50MW on-site solar plant, this vertical integration achieves a structural cost advantage over industry benchmarks.
How does Kayphas mitigate international investment risk?
Our global architecture is designed to de-risk investments. The group features a Delaware (USA) TopCo for capital raising and a Vancouver-based (Canada) Intermediate Holding Company to leverage bilateral tax treaties. Operationally, our Special Economic Zone (SEZ) status provides long-term fiscal stability from the Malagasy government.
What is your commitment to ESG and sustainability?
ESG is our core competitive differentiator. Our factory operates on 100% renewable energy, achieving a near-zero carbon footprint. Every exported commercial module funds 3 local modules at cost for rural electrification. All modules carry a cryptographic Mine-to-Product certificate guaranteeing ethical sourcing and zero child labor.
