Kayphas is not pursuing immediate vertical integration. Each phase must produce technical, commercial or institutional evidence before scale-up.

Validation and team

Turn an industrial thesis into a credible experimental programme.

Move from a laboratory cell to prototypes tailored to an initial application.

  • —Progressively qualify Malagasy inputs
  • —Secure LOIs, development agreements or a pilot contract
  • —Separately assess the opportunity for a future solar programme
  • —Establish feasibility, cost and permitting studies

Phased industrialization

Localize only those steps whose quality, demand and financing have been demonstrated.
